yeh! i finally got my remote key programmed. and i got the rattling fixed. it was driving me crazy! i was shuttled over to IVC before 9 45 in order to hitch a ride with peter to CSUF where he is taking classes and i had work. it reminded me of the time vanessa and i carpooled to disney that one time.
by the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLIFF!! i'm sorry for blogging so late.

recovering from a long weekend is a bitch. no, it was actually only 2 days that drained me. last saturday was my grandma's funeral. on friday was her wake (?) is that what it's called? we had a closed casket for everyone, but the family was able to see the casket opened. my grandma looks nothing like she did when she passed. i went to my uncle's a few months ago, and he looked like he used to, but my grandma looked like a zombie. she was very ghost like and it really freaked me out. she was just skin and bones. i think it was b/c she was so skinny when she passed away and so don't they usually inject somehting into the fat in order to preserve the face? anyways, sigh. and i thought that was a long day, the following day was her funeral and mass was at 7 in the morning. i woke up at 5, even earlier. i don't know, it was just instinct telling me that i had to wake up. (i'm really bad at waking up on time) i haven't woken up that early in a long time. the burial was at 9ish, by the time we were done and started heading back to my aunt's, it was 10. but b/c it was so hazy out and i was so tired, i seriously, seriously thought it was 4 in the afternoon. we all headed back to my aunts and everyone spent the rest of the day laying around, and when i say laying, i really mean laying around on the living room floor (even the adults!) and spent our day talking and laughing and spending quality time with each other. i love my family. i love my cousins.
