Blackbird singing in the dead of night...
Take these broken wings and learn to fly....
ernie has written another song---making that a total of 3 songs i will be playing and 5 that he's written? is that right? well, hopefully we can record them soon, i want to hear how kick ass they sound. ernie introduced me to about 30 more beatles songs that are now my favorite!!!
kevin called me up the other day to invite me to his brother's show. they are doing a battle of the bands thing. sorry, i won't be around to go. maybe next time.

oh since this is a new blog, maybe i should explain some of the new people i've been mentioning. (don't worry, i haven't forgotten all my "old" friends. you guys rock! )
ok, so jenn is this very cool and nice girl i met at school. we ditched a few classes together and had a blast. um..i then met david, her boyfriend....he's the guitarist in a band called astoria. then i met rick and chris from a band called melee. this is the chris who's birthday is tonight. 3 days after mine!! ok, and the other day i ran into ann, who i met the other day and coincidently bumped into again 2 days after at urban outfitters. what a co-ink-ka-dink.

let's review the events of my carefree, relaxing first week off from school....
um...maybe i'll just review the last few days because i can't remember what i did last week
saturday: i took my sister to the paul frank sale
there i met up with jenn and her friend, now my new friend, ann. cool girls.
i spent so much money at the pf sale....well, it was my birthday gift to myself. i'm a happy girl. afterwards, we went to the volcom sale a block down the street. i got a kick ass belt. woo hoo!
last saturday: i can barely remember, but last saturday i went to disneyland in celebration of the fact that school is over.
sunday: : my birthday. 19, eww, what an odd number. i didn't do much. my family had things to do and places to go that day so we didn't do anything. i went over to cliff's then to his cousin's house to watch the LAKER game.
monday: went to the beach
tuesday: the beach
wednesday (today): the beach. the beach again tonight cuz jenn told me about chris' birthday. LAKER game is tonight. gee, i wonder who's gonna win. i won't be able to make it to cliff's cousin's house to watch the game.
thursday (tomorrow): leave for NEW YORK!! oh yeah!
