a couple of days ago, my dad randomly said to me, "you look different now." I was thinking, what do you mean? am i getting chubbier? what? should i go back to the gym... but then my dad says, "you look maturer, more grown up and prettier." aww, wow, when it comes from my dad... aww, that was just so sweet of him.

i just got home from work. i'm not going out tonight. wow, it's only 10:30 too, it seems like it's still so early and i should be doing something. oh well, sleep maybe? work on my term paper? nah, i'll do that tomorrow or something. i think i'm going to go play on the piano for a bit. but first...

my day today...sucked! i think i failed my film music midterm. man, my professor had a review session the other day and he told us what to go over. yeh, well on the test....it was the material he said to go over...but he asked the most tedious questions. damn. there goes an A in that class. passing is good, right? a C is good right? (that is if i even get a C) Anyways, after that i went to the chiropractor and there i bumped into VANESSA'S SISTER!!! wow, i don't know, it was just so nice to see her. we chatted for a bit.

Vanessa, you should call your mom and sister. They would love to hear from you. They would love it if you would call them instead of them having to call you. I talked to your sister for a while and I'm beginning to understand her more. I guess it's an older sister thing. i don't know. She told me how the new house has a huge deck and they wanted to do a barbecue thing so that you can have friends over and hang out there and do whatever you wanted. When she said that, i remembered that my parents wanted that too. They always want me to invite friends over. I don't understand why my parents always wanted me to invite ppl over to hang out at home. I guess they aren't the only ones though.

Dude Vanessa (oops, i used that word again), i was just thinking that I have a weird habit of remember dates. Some of them were not very happy days, so maybe I won't share those. But yeh, I sometimes remember exact dates too. Let's see...lets start with some days i randomly remember from last year
August 10th 2001 was the very 'interesting' bonfire last year.
Oct 2 last year was a full moon ( i know i know, there is a full moon every month, i just remember that one in particular
Oct 3 first Something Corporate show
Oct 19 Phantom Planet show that I did not go to and must have repressed that date, but i remember it quite well now. I even remember what i was doing that day. [Dammit. Sorry Vanessa]
This year:
July 24 or 25, Ben Kweller at Chain (i remember this show. i was acting all funny and goofing off and jennifer turned to me and said 'you are sooo weird.' in my head, i was about to say 'thank you' wow, i am weird to have taken that as a compliment.
August 7th this year, my car was hurt. Our road trip to LBC.
August 9 Weezer concert with Dashboard and Am Radio and...what was the other band?
August 10th this year was Jason's b-diddy where we missed out on COWCH and Melee at the Glasshouse.
August 23rd, hahaha, clubbin' with Vince Walker

i think that's it for now...i'm sure if i put more effort into it, i'd remember more dates. some days are more meaningful to me than maybe to others, so i did not put those up.

Oh! I had 2 dreams last night that I remember (dreams occur every night, just that you usually don't remember them) so it was interesting that i remembered these. well, the first one was about CHRIS CRON! hahah, it was about seeing his music sheets (i think it's because i was talking to Rick at school about what Chris was majoring in. Music with emphasis on composition.) anyways, in my dream, i saw his music sheets and saw the chords for rainforest mama! but then when i looked at it again, the chords changed. damn, now i'll never know how to play that song.
My second dream is a little too embarrassing/weird to tell. hahah, let's just say Vince Walker was in it! hahaha

vanessa, I can play you that On My Own song for you if you want. Katherine can too, she's probably better at it.

Oh i forgot to mention how yesterday at the Spectrum, I saw Peter and that damn Yuki guy. Crazy, I see them everywhere. Just a while ago, walking down from class, I saw Yuki again. What the heck?

yes, forrest is the same hellogoodbye character. I had thought Hellogoodbye was from San Diego too, but no, Forrest is from HB and he's going to OCC now. Oh and the cd....oops, sorry i forgot to put Julianna theory on it for you. I couldn't put the better hellogoodbye songs because it is a"MPEG AUDIO" file? and i can';t burn those files. Also some of Smile's songs are like that too so i couldn't burn those. Damn. So you enjoy the cd? I'm glad you liked it. I didn't like my mix as much. It doesn't flow from song to song. You know which mix cd is the BEST!!! the cd you made by accident for me. With the gap commercial songs on it. Those songs just make my day sometimes.

Ok, i gotta go study before my next class. Damn history class. I HATE HISTORY!!! Well sometimes. I actually thought learning about the dynasties in China and Japan were interesting.

Side note before I go to bed and attempt to wake up early tomorrow morning to study.....I wish I had a digital camera like Forrest does. That way I can take as many pictures as I want without having to go through the process of getting them developed. It would save me soo much money. and that's not even mentioning the fact that buying the film is expensive. I bought some black and white film today. they weren't that expensive, but I have to be frugal about how many pictures i can take. Jeez. I just want to take pictures and take pictures and take pictures. Take ROLLS of film and be able to develop them myself would be fun.. if only i remembered how to do that...and if only i had access to a photography lab...and if only i had that much time to spend on my pictures. Ahhh, if only I could get a digital camera. if only....

Tonight was fun. It was Kaytee's birthday and she was out to dinner with 2 of her friends. They then planned to have everyone else show up for desert and surprise her. Kind of like the opposite of what you would expect. Like you would expect if it was your birthday, to walk into the restaurant and have all your friends there. Well it was the opposite. That was so sweet of her friends to do that. They were saying how they didn't know what to get her becuase she has everything already (she's the one that lives in the HUGE house with a tennis/basketball court in the back and the trampoline and a whole bunch of stuff) Well they were saying they didn't know what to get her cuz she has everything already. But I wouldn't think she'd care. It was a great effort from everyone to just show up.
Ok, so Allison, Forrest and Cindy came by and we all took one car. We got to the Spectrum at around 7:45. Called everyone up to see where they were and all met at the new ferris wheel. While we were waiting, we spotted BRIAN KLEM (is that how you spell his last name? i forgot) Forrest rain after him and took a picture. [Vanessa, you should go to Forrest's website in a day or two so you can see the pics of Brian Klem and CHRIS CRON'S hair! It was soo cute! He had a little mowhawk thing going] We had time so we all went on the ferris wheel. 4 of us in each cart thing. Rick was giving Allison attitude over the phone so we went on the ferris wheel without him. We were high up on the ferris wheel and we spotted Rick and Chris and other people from above and we waved. Allison and I were talking about Chris' hair earlier..about how we didn't like it so short and we liked it long. Well his hair tonight was cool. He had a mowhawk thing going. It was cute. Then it was time to go surprise Kaytee. We just all walked in, all 15 of us and surprised her. She was about to cry. Aww, how sweet her friends are. Umm...it took a while to get a table becuase the waiters were expecting 8 people, rather than 8 MORE people. We then all sat down to eat desert, but instead half of us actually got food, real food. It was fun. Um...now i'm getting tired of writing, so that was basically it though. We went home after that? And now I'm home? Yeh, that's it.

Thanks Marie for dropping of my things for me. I really appreciate it. Sorry you got lost! I almost didn't see your 'secret' message on your blog. Sneaky.

Wow, I'm starting to feel like Vanessa. My phone was ringing 'off the hook.' Well no, not really. It rang three times today? And I got one call yesterday.. Hey that is a lot to me. Both Noboru and Jennifer called to tell me about Sugarcult and Finch playing a free show at Irvine Spectrum today around 4:00. What a coincidence, I'm going to be heading over there around 8 tonight with some Fullerton people for someone's b-diddy. I'm waiting for Forrest and Allison to come by in a bit.

I picked up my sister from school today. One of Katherine's classmate was backing out and she hit a PORSHE CARRERA!!!~ oh my. She was driving a BMW...big wow. But she hit a PORSHE CARRERA. Damn, those things cost like $180,000. I think it was just a dent, but to fix that. Dood, I'd hate to be in her shoes. oops, gotta jet again.

Dood Vanessa, you almost caught on to my 'secret.' Maybe you're psychic Vanessa, or it must be a TWIN thing. That is all I'm going to say. Muwhaahaa (that was suppose to be a evil laughter)
You wanna know something that might cheer you up?! Hahaha, oh man, I called Vince Walker Hahaha, he may be walking the CHOC Walk with me for Disney. You probably want more details....maybe I'll tell you, maybe I won't. Haha, just playing, I'll email you or something, i gotta go now.

what is up with the weather. first it's fricken' cold, then it's extremely hot out. this morning, i got out of the house and it was foggy out. the fog was so thick on macarthur that i could barely see the car in front of me. it got better as i got closer to fullerton. the sun came out and my toes began warming up. i parked my car and got out expecting to smell the fresh morning air. nope! the air smelled like cow manure! yeh, typical csuf smell. i don't get it. where is it coming from?

oops, i forgot the stuff from home depot in marie's car. yes, i am very forgetful.

so yesterday morning, i took my dad's car to costco to get new tires. all the tires are really worn down. the front right one even had the thread line showing, which means you really really need to get new tires. costco had a power shortage and so everything was shut down. they said it'd be an hour or so and i could leave my car there. marie wanted to go to costco too, so she came by but we couldn't go in so i asked her if we could go to home depot to get stuff for my house. we went there, cliff met us there. we got the stuff and then went back to cliff's to umm....do some top secret stuff...shhh! don't tell vanessa. yeh, and then costco called and said to take my car to another costco. so we went back and i got a refund and we went in to buy stuff. i bought stuff for my mom and then went back to cliff's for a bit. then i went home and almost forgot the lettuce and stuff i bought at costco in cliff's fridge. got home and later that night, i realized i left the stuff from home depot in marie's car. dammit! why am i always forgetting things?! i forgot my shoe cleaning stuff that we got at the swap meet for like 3 weeks. yes marie, i am 'object retrieval impaired.'

Hahaha, Yellowcard show last night. Hahahah, there's not even much to say about that show. It was alright. I was just kind of curious who the eyeliners werem but we missed their set. I enjoyed the random drive looking for Little Tokyo. We ended up in the performing arts district place and there were all these tall and big buildings. there were posters of shows and plays. It looked cool.

I was just reading over my questions and answers on the side. I'm such a dork, I still think they are so funny.
