Friday, December 06, 2002 stuffy drippy nose is not fun. i went to work today and i was worried about getting the kids sick. I sneezed away from them and I washed my hands every 3 minutes. I feel horrible. Good thing you didn't call Vanessa. I think I sound horrible.Thursday, December 05, 2002 so earlier today, i dropped a glass bottle in my room and it shattered EVERYWHERE. it was such a pain to pick up and clean. i cut my finger a little bit. there were sooo many little pieces. i hope i got them all. don't want anyone stepping on any broken glass. ouch! vanessa, who told you about the video?!!! whoever peeped, not cool. not cool. why have you not gotten any mail yet?! i'm worried now. dude, how frustrating. went to pick up my sister from school today. had a little rendevous. a little disappointing. maybe i expected more. maybe i'm not in such a good mood either. no worries no biggie. i'm sick, i'm moody, i am going to get into bed now. it's about time. i got sick last night. my throat hurt so bad all night. hopefully because i am sick now, i will not get the flu this christmas. please. please? please! Tuesday, December 03, 2002 Keep checking your mailbox. I was just thinking about a random hot summer day and was reminded of a very eventful one. Here's the story again, written by Vanessa. So we were driving down PCH listening to Sheryll Crow (that "all I wanna do is have some fun" song) heading down towards Santa Monica Blvd. After a short stop at a Jack in the Box to use the restroom and a brief look in a thrift store in Long Beach, we decided to retreat back to Orange County after we had traversed far past Orange County borders. John was in the back of Theresa’s truck, singing Julianna Theory songs ("we’re at the top of the world, you and I, we got a lot of time, it sure feels fine!…sha la la la…") while Theresa and I were concentrating on the road. Out of no where this guy pulls out in front of Theresa’s truck and we don’t have time to stop so…BAMN, CRASH, RÂM! Theresa’s car is totaled, people are crying, children are screaming. Bambi (Theresa’s dog) which was in the car with us) flew forward and hit the windshield, I fear that Bambi might be suffering a broken leg. In our attempts to save ourselves, we hit a tree at the same time. The front license plate flew into the middle of the road and was scattered amongst broken glass and sorrow. While remaining calm, lamenting over a broken radiator, suffering acute (sharp, dull, nagging, etc) shoulder, stomach and chest pains, I called the police. While waiting half an hour for the cops to show up, Theresa and I took pictures of the car, sang a few more songs and gave each other hugs while John ran around from pay phone to pay phone. My sister and Anh Phi came to pick us up around 9:30 and we came home, tired, beat and so ready to just unwind. It's not true! Don't worry, Kitty (a.k.a Bambi) did not suffer a broken leg. She is fine! i am not in the mood for anything. dude, this sucks so i heard of this website from jenn. it's whototake.com you can go there to see which professor to take for your classes. it's for every single school, all over USA. pretty neat, huh? a bad start on my first day back from my week off. so as i was driving to school and exited the freeway, i suddenly realized that i did not have my chem lab notebook with me. i had left it at home. crap! i decided to go to my first class to check if there were any handouts and then i left before class started and drove all the way home, then drove all the way back to school. not fun. nah-uh. jeez, 1 1/2 hours in my car driving around. during traffic! man. wasting gas, wasting time, wasting energy....putting mileage on my car! jeez. i guess it was worth it to not lose points in that class. Sunday, December 01, 2002 dance party. party hard party hard.spent yesterday with my cousins at my house. it was fun. we ate, we watched movies, we sang, we laughed, we played taboo, we ate again, we watched another movie, we had hot chocolate and lastly....we danced. danced the night away! we turned up the music in my room and got on the 'dancefloor' and...well....we danced! so this is the second or third year we had our little dance party. i think it's gonna be a tradition. ha! so...next year...dance party....my |
