It's been AGES since I've last blogged. Well it seems like ages since I last blogged. Winter break came and went and now I'm back for round II of my first year of med school. I actually feel more "at home" back here. Not to say that I didn't like being home at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with my parents and hanging out with my sister. And don't get me wrong, it was nice seeing all my friends again. But I guess it's just that I'm so tired of the same old thing and the same old "OC" that I really don't miss it at all. Sorry Cliff, you're probably gonna read this and say, "What?!? Shoot..." Hey...I didn't see you over break...teach me guitar hero over summer, k?Anyways, it kind of feels good to be back, a little bit more R&R would be nice, but there was just too much unproductivity going on that it's time for me to get back to school. And I had a lovely welcome back surprise when I got my Anatomy practical back.. nicely done Theresa...although I could've done better. Sigh.
My friend asked me today, "Do you ever feel like you won't be a good doctor?" I looked at her and said, "Ye-ah, every time before our exams when I feel like I can't possible cram all this material into my head. Oh and when someone cracks a joke about me becoming a doctor." Well that last part was just in my head. Then we both sighed. That's life for ya.
I see you want to become a guitar hero like me. I can't teach you Guitar Hero. It's something to be learned. I can introduce you to it.
Oh yeah, except that I've gained weight and a lil jelly in the belly. Miss you lots. Guitar Hero (Cliff) and $4 cupcakes (your sister et moi) await your return.
