Dude Vanessa, I was singing that Beatles song this morning!!! " NO JOKE!" Hahaha, how weird. Yeah, and my "foot" started hurting today. How did I know it? I felt better knowing why I was so exhausted and drained the last few days. It was because of my "foot." Hahaha. And also I was relieved to know that I am not pregnant. Hahaha. (Inside joke with Vanessa! I think I'm really sure that I am not pregnant.)
Gosh, this morning was such a tiring morning, followed by a somewhat rewarding one. I woke up this morning and was kind of freaking out about my history test. I drove my sister to school and we were listening to The Beatles (because I was singing it in the morning, I was in the mood for more from The Beatles) So yeah, The Beatles got me in a more uplifting mood and it was a great stress reliever. I drove to school, singing merrily along. It was great. I had my break and I tried to study for my history test, but I don't htink cramming for tests does much for me. I took the test and I answered most of the questions easily and I think I did farily well. Whew! Thank goodness. I had stopped a few times during the test to think about the question, and I would start staring off and zoning out. I think I could have fallen asleep during the test! Damn, I was so tired. But I made it and I finished the test. Woo hoo! I drove home and it was a little dangerous, I was so close to falling asleep. I had to start weaving in and out of traffic to wake up and keep myself from falling asleep. I got home and took a quick nap and then I went to work.
At work today, I was afraid that I would be exhausted and that I wouldn't be able to concentrate and help the kids. But some of them were so cute and funny that they helped lift my spirits. At one point, a little 5 year girl said to me, "Theresa, you're so silly." I think that's when all my stress went away and I began to feel a bit better.
I'm starting to be like John where I am setting a goal for myself everyday. I want to be able to accomplish something everyday. Yesterday, I decided to help my mom cook and make dinner. (without a kitchen, I might add) We used the grill out back. It wasn't much, but to me, it is an accomplishment in itself. I've decided that since I want so much to be independent and on my own, that I am going to do more around the house and learn to take care of myself. That would mean be able to cook for myself and take some responsibility and pay for all my stuff. (which I do mostly already except for phone bill/car insurance/gas...damn, I'll need to work more and make more money.) I'm gonna try to keep track of my money. I want to see how much I make and spend. I'm going to start preparing myself for the day when I move out or something. Goal number one is to take action towards growing up and being responsible and independent instead of complaining and whining about it to people. Sorry Vanessa!
Ok, I gonna go rest my eyes for a bit, then I'm going to study for my damn chem test tomorrow.
Oh yeah, Vanessa! No need to send home the Aquabats cd...I still haven't found it, but Jenn let me borrow hers and so now I have 2 Aquabats cds! You want me to send you one?! I'm gonna try to make your cd for you soon! Maybe this weekend when I get the chance. Ok....peace out.
